A leader was selected to succeed the EVP of Sales – who was a well-known, dynamic presenter. There was some uncertainty as to how the successor would live up to the presentation standard that had been set by his predecessor.
APPROACH:
Anne worked with the leader 7 times over 3 years on critical presentations to audiences of 2,000 to 10,000 people, helping him create the content for his presentations, improve his story-telling capability, manage his youthful energy, and develop an effective and commanding presentation style of his own.
