Long Distance Coaching

SITUATION:
A high-performing sales rep was asked to present to an audience of 10,000 – the first time speaking to an audience this large.  This client was heavily scheduled and traveled frequently, so the coaching had to take place virtually.

APPROACH:
Anne and the rep developed iterations of the outline for the presentation during several phone calls and by viewing a videotaped rehearsal of the presentation.  When they finally worked in person, the content and slides were solid, so they could focus solely on transitions and delivery skills.

VALUE DELIVERED:
The rep was told by hundreds of colleagues that it was one of the best speeches they had seen at a national sales meeting.
