Training for Leadership

SITUATION:
A team of high-potential employees were put in corporate roles, and the number of presentations they gave in one year quadrupled. They needed to impress every audience with their leadership capabilities.

APPROACH:
Anne conducted a two-day presentation skills training focused on delivery skills, content development and use of visual aids, working both in a classroom and a large auditorium.  She uncovered the exact skills each person needed to improve to enhance their leadership presence.

VALUE DELIVERED:
Each participant said, “Why didn’t I have this training 5 years ago!” and expressed an interest in doing one-on-one coaching with Anne in the future.
