Confidential – The cornerstone of effective coaching is trust; Anne builds trust with her clients by focusing on their best interest and keeping their conversations and feedback confidential.
Incorporating Feedback From Others – In some instances it’s helpful to hold the mirror up, either by seeing yourself on videotape or by hearing from your peers, subordinates and supervisors regarding the impression you are creating with your presentation or communication skills. Anne will conduct confidential interviews to gather this feedback with appropriate individuals of the client’s choosing.
Focused on Real Situations – Anne helps her clients with challenges they are currently facing – either an upcoming, critical presentation, difficult feedback they need to give, or relationships that are strained. Coaching sessions are not an “add-on”; they are integrated into each client’s existing schedule and workload.
