Executive Speech Coaching
Working one-on-one with her clients, Anne uncovers each person’s unique challenges and strengths, experiments with different presentation techniques, and helps leaders deliver presentations with greater comfort and impact.

Presentation Development
Presenters sound most natural and enthusiastic when they don’t follow a script. Yet speaking extemporaneously doesn’t mean that you don’t prepare or rehearse. If presentations are a regular (and dreaded) part of your job, Anne can help you create talking points or scripts that sound natural and speak to your audience’s needs and concerns.

Small-Group Workshops
Anne offers workshops for leaders who want to work together on improving their presentation skills. The classroom setting creates an “audience” so that participants are speaking to a group while they work on their skills, and participants hone their ability to provide constructive presentation feedback to their peers.

Communication Skills Coaching
Executive presence and leadership skills are most critically demonstrated in difficult one-on-one communication (e.g. delivering tough feedback or managing conflict). If you don’t deal with conflict effectively, it will negatively impact your relationships and your ability to get work done. Anne helps her clients manage difficult conversations to get results.
