Leadership Coaching often includes the following steps:
- An initial meeting to agree on the scope of the work
- Interviews with colleagues, staff and managers to provide feedback to the client and/or a 360-degree feedback instrument
- Coaching sessions that focus on developing new skills, practicing difficult conversations, and helping clients achieve their goals
